After serving over 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Aviation Survivalman (ASM/AST), where I served as a HH-60 Helicopter Rescue Swimmer. I retired from the military in 2007. I wanted a slower pace in life so I stayed out of the big city. I wanted to make exploration equipment for camping, canoeing, overlanding, and bushcraft gear.
